Easy Cheesy Vegan Mac ’n Cheese

I don’t know many people who would turn down Mac ‘n Cheese. But is there a way to eat this cheesy goodness without worry?

Learn how to make your own delicious and nutritious Vegan version of this all time favorite meal and enjoy it without guilt.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz elbow macaroni noodles
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4-6 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 3 Tblsp of salted Vegan butter
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 8 oz Vegan cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 cups of Vegan milk of your choice
  • 8 oz of shredded Vegan cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Cook the noodles and set aside.

2. Sautee a small onion until translucent.

3. Sautee garlic until golden.

4. Melt 3 tablespoons of salted Vegan butter.

5. Add 1 teaspoon onion powder.

6. Add 1 teaspoon paprika.

7. Add 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt.

8. Add 1/4 tsp pepper.

9. Add 8 oz of Vegan Cream Cheese and melt.

10. Add 2 cups of Vegan milk of your choice.

11. Add 4 Tablespoons of Nutritional Yeast.

12. Add 8 oz of shredded Vegan cheddar cheese.

13. Mix sauce with noodles and serve.
