Quick & Easy Vegan Cheese Sandwich
There is nothing easier and quicker to make than a Vegan cheese sandwich.
Cheese being the key ingredient to many familiar favorite comfort foods, it can be a huge challenge to stop eating dairy cheese. But this is where plant-based Vegan cheese makes a simple swap from dairy cheese.
If you like dairy cheese, and feel that you can’t give it up, think about the animals that are being brutalized for it, and by choosing the plant-based option, you are making the kindest choice for them, your own health and for the environment.
Ingredients
- Whole Wheat or Rye Bread Slices
- Vegan Butter or Vegennaise
- Vegan Cheese
- Lettuce
- Tomatos
Directions
1. Spread the butter or Vegennaise on top of the bread slices.
2. Top with Vegan Cheese, Lettuce and Tomato.
3. Finish with another slice of bread on the top.
4. Cut in half and serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
