Noodle Soup

Everyone loves a warm, homemade noodle soup, especially on those days when you are feeling a little sick and too tired to cook a large dinner.

Our quick and easy, yet flavorful recipe is great for those lazy Sundays and makes the perfect busy weeknight meal that your family will love.

 

Ingredients

  • 10 cups of water
  • 5 Vegan bouillon cubes
  • 4 medium size carrots, peeled & sliced
  • 1 small onion
  • 6 ounces of Whole Wheat Rotini Noodles

Directions

1. Warm up the water and dissolve the 5 bouillon cubes.

2. Add the onion and sliced carrots.

3. Bring water to a boil, then turn down the heat and simmer until the carrots are soft. This takes about 30 minutes.

4. Add the noodles and cook them until they are soft.

5. Add water if needed.
